Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate SLES (~70%) in water (~30%), EO=2. Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate is often also referred to as Sodium Laureth Sulfate, 2 mole. Versatile cost effective surfactant for cleansing products; liquid soaps, shampoos, shower gels, bubble baths and facial cleansers. Viscosity of formulations can be increased by addition of amides or betaines which will also serve to improve foam stability. Used in all kinds of hard surface cleaners, transportation cleaners, carpet and textile applications. Typically an excellent foamer regardless of water hardness.
