Our gerbil loved living in this 2 storey house, it's got a deep drawer which you can pull out and which contains all of the wood chip when they're digging. You can also raise the tunnel and clean one floor at a time. There is some damage to the wheel from where our gerbil nibbled it but it still works. This was £100 when we bought it and it is still in good condition. We're based in bishop's Stortford and the gerbil house would need to picked up or a collection arranged.
